Adornbly Shipping & Delivery Policy

Important Update: Starting from February 20, 2025, we will fulfill U.S. orders from two different locations to ensure better stock availability and faster processing. Because of this, some orders may be shipped in two separate packages, depending on product availability. Each package will have its own USPS tracking number, so you may receive multiple tracking updates for a single order. Delivery times for U.S. orders will now range from 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping Locations

U.S. Orders are shipped exclusively via USPS from two fulfillment centers. Some products may be shipped separately, meaning you might receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.

International Orders to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK are shipped from our international warehouse using trusted carriers with tracking.

Delivery Timeframes

U.S. Orders: 7-14 business days
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK Orders: 7-16 business days
Processing Time: 1-3 business days. Most orders are fulfilled the next day after purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled on Monday.

Shipping Rates

U.S. Shipping: $5.99, with free shipping on orders over $40
International Shipping: $6.99 (USD), with free shipping on orders over $40

Tracking

We provide tracking information for all orders so you can easily monitor your delivery. For U.S. orders, you may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in separate packages.

Customs Duties & Taxes for International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada: Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to GST/HST and duties
UK & EU: VAT applies to most orders, and customs duties may be charged depending on the order value
Australia & New Zealand: GST applies to higher-value orders, and customs fees may apply

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Back Orders

If any items in your order are back-ordered, we will ship the available items first. Once the back-ordered items are in stock, they will be sent to you at no additional cost.
