Can the Adornbly Angels be hung or displayed standing?
Yes! Our Guardian Angels and Flower Angels can be hung on your Christmas tree or displayed standing, thanks to their included rope and sturdy design. The Little Guardian Angel is perfect for hanging or attaching to gift packages, while Tree Topper Angels are made to beautifully crown the top of your tree. Angels holding hearts and stars are designed exclusively for hanging.
Do the angels come in a gift-ready package?
Yes, our Guardian Angels, Flower Angels, Little Guardian Angels, and Tree Topper Angels come in a beautiful organza bag, making them perfect for gifting. However, angels holding hearts and stars do not come with an organza bag.
Can the angels be personalized?
Absolutely! While we don’t offer personalization services, you can easily write on the Guardian Angels holding wooden stars and hearts by hand. This makes for a thoughtful, unique keepsake. Please note: Personalization is only possible on Guardian Angels with wooden stars or hearts and does not apply to the Little Guardian Angel.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Starting February 2025, U.S. orders will be shipped from two locations to ensure better stock availability and faster processing. Because of this, delivery times will be 7-14 business days, and some orders may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK, orders typically arrive in 7-16 business days.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey on the USPS or international carrier website. If you haven’t received your tracking details, please contact us at info@adornbly.com.
What about international orders?
We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK using trusted international carriers with tracking. Delivery typically takes 7-16 business days.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
